825 Consulting LLC is the working practice of founder Jovan Smith: one operator with deep domain knowledge, building for the offices he knows from the inside.
The product portfolio includes CounselorAI, an AI assistant for school counselors, live at CounselorAI.app, with additional tools in development across education, clinical practice, and civic technology. Each one is built so the person running the office can master the tool and multiply their own work. The thesis behind all of them is the same: infrastructure for the helpers.
